The objectives of our evidence-based research are as follows:

  • To investigate the effect of nutrition on well-being and quality of life
  • To ensure that nutrition becomes established as a recognized and essential part of patient care and treatment
  • To develop and ensure the high quality of food at Herlev Hospital
  • To provide solutions that can be implemented in hospitals around the world
  • To contribute to improving health of the general population
