The staff consists of midwives, doctors, social and health care assistants, nursing assistants, secretaries and service workers: The clinic employs a total of approximately 158 employees:

87 midwives
20 nursing assistants/social and health care assistants
8 secretaries
28 doctors (incl. gynaecology)
15 students at a time distributed on all professional groups
